一、个人简介

凌晨，浙江财经大学财税学院教授，博士生导师，财税学院学术副院长，美国中佛罗里达大学经济学博士。入选浙江省特支计划青年项目、浙江省高校领军人才培养计划高层次拔尖人才、之江青年行动计划等。兼任中国运筹协会博弈论专业委员会第四届理事会理事，浙江财经大学学术委员会委员。

二、主要工作经历

2010年9月至2018年1月就职于西南财经大学经济学院，担任副教授，博士生导师。2018年1月至今任职于浙江财经大学财税学院，任教授，博士生导师。曾担任财政系系主任，
