一、个人简介

凌晨教授，博士，浙江财经大学博士生导师。主要研究兴趣：动态博弈，应用微观，公共经济学。讲授课程：财政学（本科）、政府预算（本科）、财政管理（本科）、公共预算理论与实践（硕士）、中英文学术论文写作（博士）。
